How often will we meet?

I strive to provide the most effective care. To help you succeed in creating a healthy therapeutic relationship, it is most effective to meet weekly for the first 5-8 sessions. Once you start making progress toward your goals, we can adjust the frequency of sessions. I do, however, understand that unforeseen situations occur, and time restrictions or scheduling conflicts may impact your ability to meet weekly. With that in mind, I offer bi-weekly and monthly appointments. You can choose to start with weekly meetings and then transition over time to bi-weekly and then monthly meetings. Your length of care depends on your ability, desire, and motivation to proceed through the therapeutic process and work towards your goals.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept Zelle payments only. Payments by card are subject to a 3% processing fee. I understand the financial effort and keeping that in mind I want to avoid my patients the upcharge fees. Payment is expected at the beginning of each session unless you have made other arrangements with me.

What is your cancelation policy?

Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel your appointment on the day of the appointment, you will be charged $75 unless you reschedule your appointment within the same calendar week. Any no-call, no-show appointments will be charged the full session fee.
